Processing time up to 10 skeins is 2-5 business days, up to 25 skeins is 5-7 business days, and orders with 25 skeins or more will vary. We will contact you with an estimate after ordering. Processing time for merchandise is 1-3 business days regardless of amount ordered, but limited to the in-store stock.
If applicable, all customs and import fees are to be paid by the customer. Skein or Shine Yarn Co. is not responsible for delays in shipping (strikes, customs, etc...), or for damaged/lost/broken items during shipping.
Skeins are vacuum sealed to save space, and to bring forward a more affordable and economical way of shipping. We've never experienced a lost package when sending 'lettermail' but it is always a possibility. Tracked shipping is available for smaller orders upon request, but is subject to additional fees.
We also offer free local pick-up. In some cases, we can offer home delivery as well (locally)!
If ordering multiple skeins, we recommend ordering from the same batch for best results. Different batches may vary ever-so-slightly in colour. The difference in monitors and screens may depict the colourways differently. We've tried to accurately capture the colours in our photos as best we can.
We do not accept returns or cancellations but don't hesitate to reach us if there is an issue with your order. Exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of delivery but the buyer must ship the items back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible. All sales on merchandise are final. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the item(s) must be in original condition. If not, Skein or Shine Yarn Co. reserves the right to reject the exchange.
