Colours may vary ever-so-slightly. The difference in monitors and screens may depict the colourways differently. We've tried to accurately capture the colours in our photos as best we can.

We have rinsed any excess colour out of our skeins as best as possible during the dyeing process. Please expect a bit of bleeding on your first wash, especially with brighter colours.

It is important for us to know where the fibres used in our yarns come from and to ensure they are produced and processed in ways that do not harm the animals or the environment. Our fibres are sourced from reliable material suppliers where we can establish best practice in relation to animal husbandry and the environment, as well as the best rearing and grading practices.
The merino fibre we use is from sheep where mulesing is NOT practiced.

We do not accept returns or cancellations but don't hesitate to reach us if there is an issue with your order. Exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of delivery but the buyer must ship the items back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the item(s) must be in original condition. If not, Skein or Shine Yarn Co. reserves the right to reject the exchange.
